Printing carpets is done through chromojet printed carpets. Chromojet is a technique where dye is injected deep into the carpet pile. After printing carpets are steamed, washed and dried.
Chromojet printed carpets have good colorfastness and carpets printed using chromojet will have dye injeced deep into the carpet pile. Printing carpets can also be done using rotary printing but designs have a fixed repeat. The advantage of chromojet printed carpet is that there are no fixed repeats and printing carpets can be done in any lenght.
Not only can chromojet be used for printing carpets, it can also be used to print floormats, logo mats, admats, promotional mats, dustcontrol mats and custom printed logo mats.
