Coirmats are still seen by many people as the ideal dustcontrolmat. Coir mats are effective dustcontrol mats up to a certain point. There are although many disadvantages.

• Coir being a natural fibre will wear off. You will see differences in the pile where some parts are still thick and others half the thickness.
• Although coir has a good brushing action, removing dirt mat often stay wet meaning you will take moisture inside.
• Coir mats have a limited colour range and as logomats they are not very cheap.

But now there is a solution for above problems.

Master Print NBR Koko combines the fiber from our Premium mat and a thicker hard fiber. The combination means that this mat has the brushing action of coir and the softer fibers hold the dirt and remove moisture.

On top of this you can have your own design or logo. You can choose any colour out of 45 standard colours (same colours we use for our premium mats).

Terms:

• Prices are ex works.
• Shipping cost withing the EU is 20 euro per address. Shipping cost is a flat rate meaning if you order 1, 10 or 1000 mat price is alwyas 20 euro.
• Minimum ordersize 1 square meter. when you order 1 mat 85x60 cm we will have to invoice 1 square meter (77,50 euro)
• Setup / Designcost 25 euro per design.
• Alll mats have a black rubber border, around 2 cm, around the mat.
• Maximum size 115 x 750 cm
• The price per square meter applies to all standard width of  85 and 115 cm. Every lenght in a standard width till 400 cm will be invoice against this price. Example a mat 60 x 180 cm = 1,08 square meter x price per square meter.
• Prices includes 20 colours out of our 44 colour palette.
• Size tolerante + 3% (mats that are placed in a matwell should be ordered borderless and 5 cm bigger)

Options:

• size from 400 to 750 cm = +25%
• special size with border = +25%
• more than 20 colours = +5%
• spacial size without border = +40% This price includes a 3 mm rubber backing instead of the standard 1.5 mm. The 3 mm is ideal for mats that are place inside a well. Please order the mat 5 cm larger in both lenght and width. As we have a size tolerance and possible shrinkage during production it's better to have an oversized mat which can be trimmed down on site.

Above colour are just an indication of the actual colour. Colour can vary from screen to screen. Are you not sure, we can sent you a colourswatch showing all colours printed on the actual carpet.
